The Fabric Shop Network is excited to announce the next edition of our Virtual Schoolhouse! It's a virtual event to connect pattern designers, publishers, suppliers, etc. with independent fabric retailers.

What is FabShop's Virtual One-Day Schoolhouse? If you have ever presented at International Quilt Market’s Schoolhouse Series, you can relate to being with shopowners and their employees ... the excitement and the energy of hustling from room to room hearing all about the Latest & Greatest! That is what this is, only in a virtual, interactive Zoom format!

Presenter Registration Deadline: Thursday, June 1, 2023

As a presenter, you demo and share about your exceptional products in front of a captive audience during a LIVE 20-minute Zoom presentation.

Here is your chance to create that excitement and reach shops virtually! We have a limited number of presentation time slots available and are looking for a range of presenters – pattern designers, publishers, suppliers, etc. – to share your products and demos with attendees.

Tuesday, July 11, 8am—5pm Pacific – Present LIVE for 20 minutes from the comfort of your own office, studio, workspace, or home. In addition, replays will be available for the shops registered to attend to refer back to.

Ways to participate and garner maximum exposure:

Virtual Schoolhouse Presentation

Reserve one or multiple 20-Minute Product Demo sessions during the Virtual Schoolhouse Event.

Includes:

• 20-Minute Live Zoom Presentation during the Virtual Schoolhouse on, Tuesday, July 11. Sessions start at 8am Pacific. (Presentation times are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.)

• Invitation to attend our virtual social event, Before the Bell, for a brief introduction the morning of the event, Tuesday, July 11, 8am Pacific.

• Product Samples to Shops
  Your product samples will be included in our School Bag sent to shops prior to the Virtual Schoolhouse Seminars. This is a great chance to put your products in the hands of shopowners during the virtual event.

• Schoolhouse Digital Handouts
  Your sale sheet and/or handout will be included in FabShop's Digital Handout. This download will be available to all registered shops prior to and after the Virtual Schoolhouse Event.

• Replays
  Your 20-minute presentation will be recorded and replays will be sent to the shops registered to attend for them to refer back to.

Cost: $150.00 per session / Reserve one or multiple sessions

Presenter Registration Deadline: Thursday, June 1, 2023
Materials Due: No later than Tuesday, June 20th
